What we print
From a sample bottle to a six-figure production run.
We print on HDPE bottles for soaps and cleaning products, PET bottles for water and beverage, cosmetic packaging, and supplement containers. Every job uses ink systems chosen specifically for the substrate so the print survives daily handling.
Use cases
The brands we print for.
Soap & cleaning bottles
HDPE pump and trigger-spray bottles for household, hand soap, and commercial cleaning lines. Inks formulated to resist surfactants and oils.
Beverage & water bottles
PET water bottles, sports drinks, juice and kombucha bottles. Food-safe ink systems and high-resolution multi-color prints.
Cosmetic & personal care
Lotion bottles, shampoo bottles, serum dispensers, and PET cosmetic packaging in any size from sample to gallon.
Essential oils & supplements
Dropper bottles, supplement bottles, and small-format containers where label real estate is too tight for adhesive labels to look clean.
Pricing
What drives plastic bottle printing cost.
Four levers move the price: bottle size, color count, setup, and quantity. We quote each one separately so you can see exactly where to optimize.
Bottle size
Smaller HDPE bottles (32 oz and under) run around $0.25/unit. Half-gallon is ~$0.35/unit. Gallon and larger is ~$0.55/unit.
Color count
Each additional print color roughly multiplies the per-unit price — every color is its own pass through the press with its own screen.
Setup & packaging
Expect a flat $100 setup fee per project, plus around $50 per 1,000 units for packaging.
Quantity
Per-unit pricing improves significantly at 1,000+ units. Larger orders receive better unit pricing and faster scheduling.
FAQ
Plastic bottle printing, answered.
What types of plastic bottles can you print on?
We print on HDPE and PET plastic bottles in nearly every common shape — round, oval, square, boston rounds, cylinders, dropper bottles, and trigger-spray bottles. If you can ship it to us, we can usually print on it.
Is printed plastic more durable than labels?
For products that get wet, oily, or handled constantly — soap, cleaning, beverage — direct print outperforms adhesive labels significantly. The print is bonded to the bottle and won't peel, scuff, or lift at the edges.
How much does printing on plastic bottles cost?
Plastic bottles 32 oz and under start around $0.25/unit for a single color. Multi-color prints, larger bottles, and lower quantities increase per-unit pricing. We provide an itemized quote with setup, packaging, and shipping called out separately.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Yes. We mix every color to the Pantone color code you provide. For plastic substrates we use ink systems formulated for adhesion and chemical resistance, with the same Pantone fidelity as our glass work.
Do you supply the bottles?
Most customers source their own bottles. If you need help finding a supplier for a specific bottle type, we're happy to point you in the right direction.
