Custom bottle printing pricing in 2026 hasn't shifted dramatically from previous years, but how you order matters more than ever. The difference between a $0.25 unit and a $1.65 unit usually comes down to four levers: bottle material, quantity, color count, and setup.
Per-unit pricing at a glance
- Plastic bottles 32 oz or smaller: around $0.25/unit
- Half gallon plastic: around $0.35/unit
- Gallon and larger plastic: around $0.55/unit
- Glass bottles (any size): around $0.55/unit
- Cups (any size): around $0.25/unit
What multiplies your price
Each additional print color roughly multiplies the per-unit price. A two-color print on a 32 oz plastic bottle isn't $0.25 plus a small fee — it's closer to $0.50/unit, because every color is its own pass through the press with its own screen.
