Where the breakpoints are
- Under MOQ: minimum charge dominates — worst per-unit cost
- 1,000–2,500 units: standard rates
- 5,000+ units: better rates, packaging efficiency
- 10,000+ units: best per-unit pricing
The order-bigger math
If you'll use the bottles within 12 months, ordering 12 months of inventory at once almost always beats four quarterly orders. You pay one setup fee instead of four, and your warehouse cost rarely outweighs the savings.
